Certified Members receive all the benefits listed on our Member Benefits page, including a professional listing in the International Referral Directory. The directory can be viewed in print and online. The print copy is often distributed by the membership to doctors, health care providers and the general public.

Certification and approval of applicants is accepted from other professional hypnotherapy organizations who meet the criteria set by the International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association® Membership includes a handsome membership certificate, complete with embossed gold seal depicting the prestigious IMDHA emblem, FREE online listing in the IMDHA Referral Directory, membership ID card, a one-year subscription to Unlimited Human! Magazine, electronic delivery of our monthly newsletter Connect, unlimited access to our Virtual Library, containing thousands of pages of hypnosis-related articles and passages, a members-only forum for IMDHA certified and associate members, access to IMDHA Peer Network, course discounts, and much, more.

IMDHA is the only association to offer formal mentoring customized to fit your needs.

Associate Members are non-certified hypnotherapists and persons who are interested in hypnosis. They receive all the benefits except inclusion in the Referral Directory and Marketing Tools.

Renew: You may renew your membership by paying annual membership fee. 30 continuing education hours required annually to maintain certification.

Note: Application must be accompanied by verification of educational training and photo ID at time of application. Please specify your choice of title according to your educational background and state requirements. Fax, mail, or e-mail validation to our International Headquarters in order to expedite the application process.
